Private Escapes, LLC ("Private Escapes," "we," "us") operates clairebnb.com and two vacation rentals near Mason Lake in Grapeview, Washington: The Hideaway and The Front Perch. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect & How We Use It
Contact and inquiry details you send through our contact form or by email: your name, email, phone number and message.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
Booking details when you reserve a stay: name, contact information, travel dates, number of guests and pets, and payment information. Bookings are processed through our booking partner, Guesty. We do not store your full card number.
Website usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies by our website host, Wix.
We use this information to answer your questions and manage your reservation, send check-in instructions and guest communications about your stay, send our newsletter only if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time), keep the site secure and understand how it is used, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
